A Safe and Professional Volleyball Environment Exclusively for Girls
ATDSK is the first volleyball club in Adana to offer volleyball training exclusively for girls and to own its own gym.
In collaboration with KARE Sports Club, our club supports athlete development not only in technical aspects but also socially, physically, and mentally.
Our Own Gym, A Strong Foundation
ATDSK provides all volleyball-loving girls in Adana with a safe, well-organized, and motivating environment in its modern facility.
We aim to help girls build self-confidence through sports, develop discipline and work habits, and experience the spirit of teamwork.
Age Groups and Training Structure
Basic Training Group (Ages 7–14)
• Learn the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and educational way.
• Develop coordination, balance, basic techniques, and team awareness.
• Progress with the motto: “Love Sports, Discover Yourself!”
Competitive Teams (Ages 12–18)
• Compete in Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) youth leagues and private tournaments.
• Receive professional support in technical, tactical, and physical development.
• Goal: To nurture confident athletes who achieve success at regional and national levels.
